The Apprentice Boys of Derry were hosted by Gregory Campbell MLA MP at the House of Commons last week to meet MPs to talk about the Association, the negative impact of a change to the name of Londonderry on the minority community of the City and the work of the Maiden City Festival.
Representatives from all the Northern Ireland parties who take their seats in Westminster came along to the small exhibition and reception in the House of Commons Jubilee Room. Conservative and Labour MPs from England and Scotland also took the opportunity to meet the Apprentice Boys, including Paul Goggins, NIO Security Minister, and Shadow Northern Ireland Secretary, Owen Patterson.
