Broadway Temperance Branch of the Campsie Club will be hosting their annual Shutting of the Gates parade and burning of Lundy. Starting at 7.15pm at Lagan Village Rangers Club the parade route follows: Pottinger Street, Castlereagh Place, Castlereagh Street, Albertbridge Road, Woodstock Link, Radnor Street, Maymount Street, Cherryville Street, Woodstock Road, Ardgowan Street, Euston Street, Newry Street, Castereagh Road, Castlereagh Street, Castlereagh Place and fnishing at Pottinger Street.
Coleraine and District Cultural Society are hosting the parade and burning of Lundy on the north coast. The parade starts at Union Street at 7.30pm. The parade to the effigy of Lundy follows: Railway Road, Kingsgate Street, Church Street Diamond, Bridge Street, Old Bridge, Link Road, Killowen Street, Shuttle Hill, Killowen Orange Hall. Once at the orange hall, the effigy of Lundy will be lit. The parade will then return by the same route in reverse.
The Newtownards branch of the Apprentice Boys of Derry will be holding their annual parade and burning of Lundy in the town. The parade starts at 7.15pm at Mary Street and will follow: Mark Street, Marquis, Street, Talbot Street, Upper North Street, North Street, Frances Street, Castle Street, High Street, Mill Street and Conway Square. Once in Conway Square the effigy of Lundy will be burnt. The parade will then return via the same route in reverse at 8.15pm.
The Clounagh Campsie Club will be holding their annual parade and burning of Lundy in Portadown. Starting at Clounagh Lane at 7.00pm the parade will follow: Brownstown Road, West Street, via fool bridge, High Street, Bridge Street around the roundabout to Bridge Street where the effigy of Lundy will be burnt. The parade will return to Clounagh Lane via the same route in reverse.
